The Beautiful Girls Ministry Admin will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the ministry. This full-time, in office role manages schedules, communications, records, and logistical details for events and programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with a heart for serving the ministry and its volunteers. They will assist the ministry team in executing initiatives efficiently while maintaining clear communication and accurate documentation. This position allows the ministry to run seamlessly, enabling leaders to focus on connecting with and supporting women in the church.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience that has equipped them for working in a ministry environment
• Two years of general office experience preferred
• Demonstrates spiritual maturity and character
• Willing to embrace feedback and execute the vision of their leaders
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Eye for detail and standard of excellence
• Agrees and aligns with the mission, vision, leadership, values, and doctrinal beliefs of Generation Church

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Positive, inspiring teamwork attitude
• Experience in conflict resolution using good judgment
• Strong organizational skills ability, including problem solving skills and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Basic understanding of Mac-based platforms
